Propiffy is an independent, editor-run directory that reviews, ranks, and compares proprietary (prop) trading firms. We provide information, opinions, and tools to help traders make their own decisions. We are not a broker, a prop firm, a financial adviser, or a party to any agreement between you and a listed firm.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use Propiffy. Trading with prop firms may be restricted or prohibited in your country — it is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must register and verify your email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Reviews, Ratings & User Content

• Reviews and ratings must reflect your genuine, first-hand experience.
• You must not post false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, unlawful, or spam content, or impersonate others.
• You retain ownership of what you post but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, moderate, and distribute it on the site.
• We may moderate, edit, or remove any content, and reject or remove firm submissions, at our discretion.

5. Firm Listings & Editorial Independence

Rankings, ratings, and reviews reflect our editorial judgement and available information. Firms cannot pay to improve their ranking. Information about firms (rules, splits, payouts, discount codes) may change without notice and can contain errors — always verify details directly with the firm before making any decision or payment.

6. Affiliate Links & Discount Codes

Some links and discount codes on Propiffy are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up with or purchase from a firm. This comes at no extra cost to you and does not influence our rankings or reviews. See our Disclaimer for details.

7. No Financial Advice

All content on Propiffy is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or trading advice, nor a recommendation to use any particular firm. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Trading carries a high risk of loss.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping data at scale, disrupting the service, uploading malicious code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
